Yoga for Hip Health

In this 10 hour course we will explore the hip joint in depth, including anatomy of the hip joint, common injuries, surgical interventions, and how we can use yoga to keep hips healthy.

You will also learn how to use the therapeutic tools of Yoga to help you or your clients and students delay or prepare for hip surgery, rehabilitate and recover range of motion, strengthen the musculature that supports the joint & how to minimize pain & discomfort.
