This Yoga training is designed to deepen your understanding of the Chakras and how they relate to the physical practice of yoga and meditation.
Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice, participants will learn about the 7 main chakras and the role they play in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The course will cover the different characteristics and associations of each chakra, as well as common imbalances and blockages and how to address them. You will learn how to incorporate chakra-specific asanas, pranayama and meditation into your practice to balance and align the chakras, and how to use this understanding to create well-rounded yoga classes that address the needs of all students.
Participants will also have the opportunity to explore how the chakras relate to our daily lives and relationships, and how to use this understanding to unlock our full potential for personal growth and transformation.
This course is open to anyone who is interested in the topic, whether they are a beginner or experienced practitioner, Yoga teachers, therapists and other wellness practitioners will find this course particularly beneficial.
