In this 10 hour course, we will explore the shoulder joint in depth, including the anatomy of the shoulder joint, common injuries, surgical interventions, and how we can use yoga to keep the shoulders healthy.
You will also learn how to use the therapeutic tools of Yoga to help you or your clients and students delay or prepare for shoulder surgery, rehabilitate and recover range of motion, strengthen the musculature that supports the joint & how to minimize pain & discomfort.
