In this 20 hour, two part workshop (Anxiety I & II) we will explore the many forms and faces of Anxiety in our culture today. The course material will focus on an integration of Yoga and Psychology in the understanding and treatment of anxiety.
We will present yoga theory (the Sutras, Vrittis, Kleshas, the 8 limbs, and the Koshas) and teach you how to put yoga techniques (asana, pranayama, and meditation) into practice for anyone in your life who experiences Anxiety; yourself, loved ones, and clients (for yoga teachers and those who work in a professional health care setting).
