Join Jennifer Pendleton for this in-person AND online 10 week series.


Through breath exercises, modified poses, and guided relaxation sessions we will help prepare your body and mind for delivery. The yoga poses are chosen to carefully stretch and strengthen the muscles needed during pregnancy and childbirth. Each week will feature a birth preparation topic and a related breath and Asana practice. Enjoy meeting other expectant mothers, share your experiences, and prepare for one of the most wonderful experiences of your life.
