Intensive Courses

60HR Foundations

of yoga online

60HR Foundations of Yoga Online Course -

Starting in January 2020, join us online!


This course will be an in-depth exploration of the foundations of yoga: philosophy, meditation, and Sanskrit language.

In 25 online sessions held over 15-months, we will discuss Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, the Bhagavad Gita, Samkya philosophy, experience a wide variety of yoga meditation practices and learn the basics of the Sanskrit alphabet and pronunciation. 

100HR Yoga


100HR Yoga + Communication Intensive Course - Starting in January 2020!

This program will include all the complete online sessions from the 60HR Yoga Philosophy course + a monthly in-person meeting. Topics related to communication will be covered, such as non-violent communication techniques, empathetic listening skills, group dynamics and working with people and groups when challenging topics and emotions arise.  

(60 hours of this course are online, and 40 are in-person.)

Our 200HR Yoga Teacher Training goes beyond books and late-night studying. You will be taking a journey of self-exploration and connection with your body and inner wisdom while building trusting and meaningful relationships with others who are all at different stages of their yoga journey!​

Advanced 300HR Yoga Teacher Training -

Starting in January 2020!


For anyone who has completed their 200HR Yoga Teacher Training and wants to continue working towards their yoga journey! This program will be highly experiential with hands-on components in all areas of yoga study. Every student will work one-on-one with a mentor to become part of the community, deepening their practice and teachings of yoga.
